Deepchill installed a new ducted system to replace our old unit. Every step was communicated effectively, and they never promised anything they couldn't deliver. The team were professional and they determined the best system for our house based on their substantial experience. The install team arrived promptly when they said they would, and worked so hard for as long as it needed to ensure the best possible result for us. Started off well, the quote came through promptly and locked in the job. Once the deposit was paid it seemed like they could care less. The technician decided it was best to put and expensive AC in the middle of the room and run INTERNAL pipes to the outside..... !!!!
When I questioned him, he hadn't actually been and looked at the property. I asked for an older style to go where the old one was so no pipes just a full replacement and cheaper for me.
I sent an email to the company about the suggestion and to confirm what I wanted, to which no one replied. The job was booked in with my tenant

Deepchill were fantastic. They replaced my existing system and ran into some problems but got the job done with good humor and no complaining. Can't thank Andy and Josh enough for their installation. Value for money and great staff all round, from initial quote to final install. Would highly recommend Deepchill for any air conditioning work!

I thoroughly recommend Deepchill Air Conditioning being a seamless experience from consultation, double checking house requirements & personal preferences to the actual installation & final check. The boys did a fabulous job installing my ACTRON Air Conditioner in one very full day, headed up by Jason. They all worked hard, taking the time to clean up & going over the set up with me at the end of the day. All the boys were polite & it was impressed upon me to ring any time if I needed further support. Andrew even rang the following day to check if I had any issues! A beautiful air conditioner that

Simons advice was and technical knowledge is excellent and also his business manner.
I have now booked to go ahead with these guys for two spilt systems in a commercial office / factory and will update review once install complete.
Amanda in the office has been very efficient on the phone and via email with invoicing and payment receipt, a very smooth process also.
I think the internet trolls have given these guys a rough time as my experience so far has been excellent.

WARNING. A technician from this company came to fix heating on 5 yr old LG AC. Cooling working fine. Technician repaired leak and topped up gas. I believed him and paid invoice, stupidly without testing machine thoroughly before paying. After he left I tested and was not working, technician came back an hour later and after working on it for a while he comes in and tells me the compressor is dead and I no longer have heating or cooling. When I queried this with the company their official line was air conditioners are man made machines that break and that the original invoice would stand.
