Terribly unreliable and extremely unprofessional. Been following them up to repair an A/C unit that is under warranty for the last two months. First visit they arrived with no ladder, second visit they thought it was going to rain and didn't want to be on the roof, and most recent "visit" they didn't even come... Highly recommend them if you have too much time on your hands and enjoy getting the run around.

Staff are always responsive and works carried out in a professional manner. Beng a beach front house regular maintenance is required and follow up is great when needed. Thoroughly recommended.Glen
