Contacted Budget Stairs for a quote to have our staircase renovated. The guy came to our house , we explained what we wanted , he took down the measurements etc and said we would have a quote sent back to us that day. A week later , several phone calls to the receptionist who advised me she was going to leave a message for us to be contacted , E-mailed the gentleman who did the quote and have received NOTHING. !! No phone call , no reply to my E-mail and no quote. If this is how they treat their prospective customers I would suggest engaging another company , because I will not be using them or
