BEWARE!!! I would like to warn the public about how BAD communication Master Granny Flats has with their clients. I personally thought this company would be good to use after meeting up with Denny who is a great sales person. But after signing up, paying the deposit and leaving it into their hands to get the ball rolling on our project. They actually looked at our project and decided it was too hard to go to council with it as they feared rejection after some of their other clients projects were rejected with the same council and the worst part was that they didn't even tell me this at the time

Master Granny Flats built our granny flat and we recently had handover. We are very happy with our gf.
We would like to thank Robert and his entire team (from sales to design to construction) who were very friendly, easy to communicate with and very professional.
Any questions or problems we encountered were promptly dealt with. In particular, Robert came on-site a few times in order to deal with an issue with sewerage which was dealt with in a professional manner.

Master Granny Flat (MGE) has recently built a granny flat for us. I just want to say a quick thanks to entire team of MGF for their excellent work in building this flat. All the staff from sale, design, accounts and project implementation were very friendly, supportive and provided a great customer service to us. We had some minor issues along the way though, but all were resolved with their support and help. Master Granny Flat has recently completed our granny flat and I'm very happy with quality. Robert and his team was very professional. Denny (salesman) explained the terms and conditions of the contract , and the building process very clearly. Henry (project manager) was very professional and was very patient with our questions and concern. Overall, i’m very happy with the results and i would recommend master granny flat for anyone. I will definitely use their services again for future home projects.

Master Granny Flats built my Granny flat close to four years ago. I was very happy with the construction. Their service and care after the job was completed is also very professional and quick. I have had a couple small issues which have occurred a year or two after the initial completion. The company was very quick to repair the issue under the warranty. Very happy with their overall service and communication.

We made a huge mistake having our plans drawn up by another granny flat company and submitted to Council only to have them rejected. Our only wish is we had found Robert and his team six months earlier. Stephanie organised to have plans redrawn, submitted and passed in no time. Our contract was drawn up with every detail included and costed so there were no surprises on either side along the way. A team came and the groundwork was completed and our granny flat grew. My granny flat is now almost handed over. Although there were ups and downs, overall very happy with the result. From sales, design to construction, all the people I have interacted with are very professional and responsible. Special thanks to Lin for the design/approval and Henry for managing the project.
