In Dec 2016 I had a 17.5 kw ESP Platinum installed One would think that spending 12K in a new build that you would get what you pay for, apparently not. This week I’ve had to spend another $3000 fixing or adding what was never completed, • Install New Rubber, iso-mounts and metal plate to outdoor unit. • Relocate ACM module, Fix drains and… seal up indoor unit • Install 10 Manual dampers, new R/A duct, duct rectification. Product was ok, but the communication from this company has been absolutely appalling. Nearly all of my contact with the company from day one was emails and follow up calls just to get a response from them. I have been waiting for them to come back out and look at my unit as I believe it has a fault but again no contact and i have more or less just given up.

Won't go on about the system I purchased, because an air conditioner is an air conditioner, but I found the communication and the overall experience of dealing with the company extremely disappointing.
Whilst I admit our renovation was completed over an extended time-frame and the installation of the system was done in stages, I often found I would have to make three or four calls before getting a return call or any type of communication.

VERY VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. They don't provide any update at all so you will do all the chasing. Can't get hold of them via phone, it just go straight to voicemail. My husband ordered a temp sensor from them and after 2 months we still don't have it. After several emails we were told they will be dropping it off at our place. I arranged for… someone to be home at specified time but NO ONE CAME. I tried calling and emailing them but they stopped responding. My order may be insignificant to the other jobs they are doing but they should not have promised something they could not fulfill

What an amazing company. Products are so much better than the off the shelf retail models I have seen. Lower power consumption and diverse control features make these air conditioning units by far the best in the Perth market. Our central home air con/ heater stopped working over 3 weeks ago, the system was only installed in our new home 14 months ago we have contacted Infinity Air numerous of times in that 3 weeks via email, phone and sending several enquires through their website with not one returned phone call or email not one acknowledgement. Infinity warranty service is poor.

Very poor customer service. We had an employee (Kurt) come and quote for ducted and was told we would have a quote by that afternoon. After nothing I chased them up 4 days later and got a “that’s really weird, I’ll find out what’s happened” I didn’t hear back from them. 2 days later I called again “oh yeah Kurt doesn’t work for us anymore and we… don’t know where he put your house plans, we’re trying to get them from him and we’ll let you know by the afternoon” no call back once again so I called again the following

I got three quotes for an Action Air system. I wanted the platinum model, however, Infiniti's price for the Que system (top model) was cheaper than the other two quotes I received which were both for the platinum model. It would have been crazy not to accept the quote.

Had Mike and the team install a wall split in our living area recently. Although I wasn’t around on the day of the install, I was very happy with the whole job, top quality workmanship and top quality materials used. I highly recommend Mike and his team at infiniti air. I had no idea about solar and he went through it all in basic terms and was so real and honest about the product they use, quality of workmanship and what I need reflective of my electricity bill. I threw a few quotes at him from other companies and he respectfully went through and explained the… history behind these cheaper alternatives and the quality of today's products. He could have said ok if thats what you want I'll put it in but he explained it was well over the top for my needs and what I wanted out of my solar saving me thousands

I've never written a review about anything before but Inifiniti Air have been brilliant in every respect. We installed an Actron with Que controls. We were undertaking a renovation as an owner builder and Infiniti installed the system and made sure that when we had finished the renovation they could come back and complete the installation. This was nearly 12 months later. And after the final install they retested and re-balanced the air flow to each vent. The guys were always courteous, took pride in their work and provided really practical information. I think this approach to service comes from

Infiniti Air did a fantastic job in lighting up our kitchen and dining area! It looks amazing :) They also installed our electrical appliances for our new kitchen and made sure that our electrical board was compliant with current regulations. The guys were knowledgable, very easy to talk to and they provided us with a very competitive quote for the job.
