Some history first. Quick Air was formed to provide in-field technical support for Australia's second-largest Telco and then two of Australia's largest insurance groups came on board for our expertise. These enterprises were looking for an Australian owned, operated and nationwide provider.

New heating unit installed May 2021. Terrible! Didn't show up when they were supposed to. Communication was very poor. Unprofessional. (Didnt use drop sheets and I cleaned up) Rushed job. Sparky on time. Installer showed up 3hrs later! After install, another 1.5wks to get unit working. I thought I'd get better service spending over $5k. Don't recommend.
14.10.21 - still no certificate of compliance received after numerous requests. 2nd warranty callout. Tech never showed up. Again, I had to follow up to find out what was happening. Rescheduled to 18.10.21.

Booked a service of my ducted heating/cooking with Quick Air. They did not show up for the initial booking day (Thurs). They then did not show up on time at the rearranged time the next day (Fri). The technician who did arrive did not have the correct parts to perform the service (claimed it wasn't their scheduled job) and then left claiming there were other more important (emergency) jobs. I was advised by the technician that he would return on Weds (due to the Melbourne holiday on Tues for Melbourne Cup). I had a new heater installed in February 2021. It stopped working in Early November. I have been constantly calling the online service for assistance and all i get is promises that someone will call me back...and No One ever does!!! Very poor backup

Terrible experience with this company and would not recommend. They were prompt at the start but did not fix the problem after an initial review. When I paid for the $200 visit and sought a follow up visit as the problem was not resolved, they have not turned up on two occasions. I have called numerous times but it’s a call centre and always get ‘we will call back later after we have spoken to the technician’. Save yourself the money and the trouble -go elsewhere. Reference is Booking#: BOK-2442 before you try to tell me that there is no history of this job.

Our experience with Quick Air was excellent. Jon on the phone was attentive & Jess was very efficient also in sending me information I requested. Which is why i stated 4star..just for those two😊
BUT the 5 star credit really needs to go out to the technician "Ricky" who saved us from potential gas inhaling! He took photos & showed us just how worn our unit was & with his honesty & knowledge he confidently disconnected for safety reasons. Now I wont name/shame but we did have a well known heating company come out a few days before & all they said was no we cant fix but here's a quote for new

I couldn’t choose quality, value, professionalism, responsiveness, or punctuality as my most liked thing about Quick Air. I can not give a negative answer on any of them as all my expectations were met. The technician was most knowledgeable and the patience and guidance given to his apprentice was outstanding. Extremely helpful staff!!! My reverse cycle split system stopped working suddenly (of course when i needed it most), and the staff talked me through the process. They were very knowledgeable when it came to the problem and were able to send a technician the very next day to help me.
The technician called me on the way to my property and arrived at the agreed time. He was very friendly and efficient with his work. He was there for roughly 30 minutes and luckily had extra parts on hand to fix the problem there and then. I was very impressed with his workmanship and he didn't even leave a mess!

Contacted this company regarding servicing our air con. I was happy to talk to the switch based on the other side of the country. They told me someone would contact me to book in a technician. That was 4 days ago. So much for 'quick' service.

They responded to this review (comments below) but made no effort to contact me directly despite having my details. I eventually got through to the company and they arranged a technician, but it took them another week to come to the premises.

Our brivis ducted heater stopped working at start of winter. We contacted quick air to have the unit serviced and repaired ,customer service people were polite and helpful. Had to wait about 3 days for heater repair man to arrive but it was worth waiting for the great quality service Jake provided. Unit is quite old we were hoping it would be repairable, Jake found some broken parts, replaced them serviced the unit and got it all working again. We are very happy with the service provided.

We called Quick Air and deposited $229 to inspect the cooling unit 0n 17th January 2019. Technician came and spent less than 10 minutes (had a young lady, daughter? in car waiting) did not even look at the roof signal sensor. No inspection report and left; I called 24/01/2019 & I got a call back. I was told that unit was old, PC board & control not working; that I will get a report and cost through email very soon from Quick Air. I did get email on that day with NO details of cost but a quote to follow. That was the last time I heard from Quick Air 24/01/2019 and today is 31/03/2019. Quick

This company quoted $2.200 to fix an aircon unit. They asked for a deposit of $1,125 which we paid. The technician said it was poorly installed and needs complete replacement of plumbing and pump. The system had been working perfectly for 15 years. We had a different company look at the unit. Their technician read the error on the key pad and filled Mitsubishi instructions. The problem was fixed with no parts required and the cost of a service fee. Quick Air is refusing to refund deposit we are now going the VCAT to get our refund
