ACSM are an Authorised Retailer and Repairer for Mitsubishi Electric Air Conditioning products, meaning that we complete repair work under warranty. Mitsubishi Electric offer a 5 year manufacturers' warranty from the date of installation. The warranty covers replacement parts and labour for manufacturing defects for the 5 year period.
Customers must provide proof of purchase when requesting a warranty service call - this can be shown in a variety of documents including Compliance Certificates, Tax Invoice from installer/supplier, or a settlement document for new builds. The warranty does not cover third party products, accessories (such as air filters), or issues that have occurred as a result of user or installation error.
It also does not cover any damage to paintwork, metalwork, or finished trims of the product caused by weathering, atmospheric fallout, hail, salt, or other corrosive residue, foreign matter entering the product eg. This product is not installed by a licensed installer or the product is installed incorrectly.

Very pleased with the service. Pleasant and helpful response to my call, reasonable wait time for technician appointment, technician arrived slightly early (!) after calling and again pleasant and helpful in performing the service. I would use ACSM Air Conditioning again and would recommend them.

We contacted ACSM after having some terrible experiences with other businesses. Our split systems weren’t functioning properly and whilst other businesses quoted full replacements or expensive fixes ACSM did a thorough systematic inspection of our system until they determined the root causes. They fixed the issue with no fuss and quoted other restorative works to avoid issues down the track, which we got completed at a later date. Both technicians and head office were timely, professional and thorough in their work. I couldn’t recommend these guys enough.

I recently had ACSM repair my heating/air conditioning for my home. I could not be more happy with the service I received. I have had many companies out in the past but they were unable to repair our unit. Caleb attended my home to see what the issue was then reported back. It is extremely tight under our home and many repair persons have been unable to get under there. I then spoke to Ben who took me through the whole process of what needed to be done. All my duct work from previous company had to be removed and a new design and ductwork put into place they cleaned and throughly tested both heating

We found ACSM to be a fantastic company to deal with, 110% reliable, friendly staff and provide a great quality product. The installation at our home was not an easy one but Dave the technician went above and beyond to make it work and look good which saved me having to do any patching of plaster after they finished.

The team at ACSM are very professional and straightforward to deal with. I received a quite on the same day i enquired with an easy to follow guide for booking the appointment online. Turns out they were very good value too.
The tradesperson arrived on time (to the minute!). Communicated the issue with me in a straightforward manner and fixed the problem completely in a short amount of time.

Both Ben and Troy were excellent. They communicated effectively and helpfully at all steps of the process. Troy was efficient in completing the job and gave advice on future filter cleaning timeframes and how to do it.
His customer service was excellent on our split A/C and made us feel really confident that we were looked after well. Compared to other companies ACSM really stands out! I will be telling others! Thanks again.
