Hungerford Project Services was established by Richard Hungerford in 2001 to provide a commercial building service to Commercial and Industrial Property Trusts and Institutions. Since establishment, Hungerford Project Services have completed over $80 million worth of projects including complete interior refurbishments, tenancy makegoods, interior fitouts and building modifications.
Hungerford Project Services have completed numerous refurbishment and upgrade projects for industrial applications involving both interior and exterior upgrades. Hungerford Project Services have completed fit outs on a design and construct or construct only basis. We work closely with the designers and the tenants to ensure that their expectations are met in all areas including time, quality and budget.
Richard has been working in the construction industry for over 20 years and established Hungerford Project Services in 2001. Prior to establishment, Richard worked for major industrial and commercial property developers and builders. Mark has over 25 years experience on medium to large commercial and industrials construction projects.
