Carpets are a very forgiving floor covering and can be significantly soiled long before any soiling is visibly apparent. Rule of thumb: If you wait till your carpets look dirty to have them cleaned, then you have waited too long. Magic Wand Restoration & Cleaning simplify the maintenance of your precious floor coverings and offer professional service and guidance to sustain a quality carpet in your home.
Homes and businesses can be affected unexpectedly with a substantial amount of water, be it from a sink overflow, plumbing issue or a weather event can be devastating, not only to the visible surface areas but many areas that cannot be seen (underneath floor coverings, inside cavities) and in areas that may appear to be fine such as building materials.

I will be surprised if this review remains up, I would not recommend this business base purely on dealing with whom I can only assume is the owner. The job was sent to them from an insurance company they where required to call with in 2 days, they did not do this, I had to chase them up only to be told abruptly and quiet rudely that they would not… drive 15 minutes to even look at the job on the amount insurer is paying and want more money apparently it's what happens, they tell the insurer its not enough (without even sighting the job) and they get more, this tactics must have been successful

I hired Magic Wand to complete an end of lease/carpet clean in January 2021, I had an issue with this service as they had not met realestate requirements.
The owner of the company ignored my phone calls and emails regarding this issue, only answering when I called from a different number. The owner spoke rudely to me, at first refusing to fix the issue.
When the issue had finally been resolved, I emailed Magic Wand regarding an invoice and payment method. I received no response, and never received an invoice. Six months later, I received an email from the realestate I had previously been with
