Rowan was very easy to communicate with, called me back. Arrived when he said he would, in fact, txtd to say if it suited he could come earlier. Friendly & professional. Very happy with the results, steamed cleaned my carpets upstairs & downstairs to rugs & 2 sofas. Will definately recommend Rowan's steam cleaning service.

Rowan called me back within couple hours and he fit me in even though he was heavily booked. Rowan even dropped my unit keys back into the real estate including a copy of the carpet cleaning receipt which is fantastic customer service. Great job Rowan 😀😀

As a local Property Manager, it's critical to have tradespeople that are not only good at what they do, but also great communicators. I have seen hundreds of his 'Before & Afters' in person & his ability to clean carpets cannot be faulted. The customer service provided by Rowan is next level and he regularly updates his Voicemail to tell you where he is & when he will actually get back to you. 10/10.
