Very professional . I dealt with Ben van Dugteren for land and house package deal. He was so helpful and always gave us right advice. We had great deal price wise too. Highly recommended Ben if you interested in doing house land package . Five star for him. He know our budget and requirement and he done good job on that . Well done .

David McCoy builder left me with five water leaks under my driveway. The first two started in the warranty period and they refused to fix the problem. Rocks were put in the trenches with original garden soil. The rocks have been piercing the pipes. Cost me $9000 in repairs so far. I have had to dig up the driveway. I would recommend finding another builder.
