The team was easy to deal with, and did a great job replacing 4 units at my house. I was not keen with the visibility of one unit outside, they came back the next day and moved with absolutely no fuss. I would definitely recommend this business and I would use them again.

We've had Tri Tech out a few times over the last couple of years for services and installs and they always do an amazing job. They are professional, polite and fairly priced.

We’re extremely pleased with the professionalism and quality of work from TriTech Airconditioning. Shawn and the team care about the quality of their work and it’s shows in the detail of the installation.
The ducted Mitsubishi system with MyAir is a vast improvement on our old system. The MyAir control via WiFi or mobile is impressive.

Very prompt and responsive from the initial visit to quote to the final install of 3 AC split systems.
Very impressed with the installing team, they thought things through, consulted me on best locations for equipment and the drains. They left my place clean and tidy..
The recommended Dalkin units work really well and are very quiet.

With limited time, Nick called out that afternoon to quote the job, we were due to fly back to Tassie the next day. Nick supplied the quote the next day as promised, including a cash back bonus at the time. On our next trip back Nick was already with his A -Team of installers. Access to install the unite required access thru another persons unit. They left that unit clean and cleaned and vacuumed our place as well. Very respectful and courteous, could not be happier, ( the unit is damn near silent, outside your flat out noticing it’s on. Great work from the team.

We had Tri Tech replace our existing loud/10 yr old Daikin AC Ducted with a new Mitsubishi system and the service was incredible from the initial project manager coming out and discussing options to the team installing the new AC over a few days. Our house was not an easy installation but the team didn't stop until the new system was working well - a great experience and highly recommended for their "getting the job done right" attitute.

Tri-tech did a fantastic job of helping us find a way to get our old house fully air conditioned before summer. It was a tricky project to achieve a ducted outcome due to raked ceilings on different angles - other contractors said it needed to be a split system which was not what we wanted. Michael and his team put the time and effort in to make componentry to achieve the desired result. Cannot fault their problem-solving skills, workmanship, professionalism, cleanliness, and respect. Thank you Michael and team.
