From the initial email query to the invoice this job was seamless.
A small 7 outlet zoned 12kw Daikin system was installed. The boys were fun , fabulous and very professional. They cleaned as they went and were flexible and obliging. They removed 2 split AC's and even arranged a plasterer painter to quote on the internal patching where these had been.
Very smart finish and we cant believe the luxury we now have in the house. Thankyou Elliot and the team at AC&H Centre-the legend continues.

Recently engaged in this business to repair our Daikin ducted heating and cooling system that would not heat up the house. I will say that they were accommodating at first to slot me in to repair the heater but that was the beginning of a very unprofessional outcome and I would NOT RECOMMEND this business at all. After 4 call out visits to be hit with a $2,000 bill in which I was forced to pay for a repair that was not completed. The Technician was scratching his head and constantly talking to Daikin Technical Support in Sydney to find a resolution but could not find the answer to the problem.

I had a pre-summer start up clean evap filter. Would NOT recommend this company whatsoever. Service completed and was informed my Bonair Evap Cooler was operating normally. The service guy turned my tap off so hard that it was difficult to turn on again. He then had the cheek to suggest a new drain tap was required as existing had seized. Not long after that my system refused to work! Admin person was quite rude suggesting that there appeared to be a tap issue and that the service guy wouldn't be able to return to inspect for a while. Highly recommend! The job was complicated but this company had the best design and managed to deliver exactly what I needed where other companies said it was "impossible" or tried to tell me I had to go with a solution that would have given an unsightly result. This company delivered, was on time, and result was high quality. If I went with another company I would have made a HUGE mistake and it would have cost me in the longer term. Great team and great communication.

Very impressed with service from start to finish! Didn't try to sell a more expensive product - like another company tried too at a much more inflated price and long delay for install! Friendly, professional and knowledgable service from office staff through to installers on the day. Arrived exactly on time and work done quickly with no mess. Really appreciated the tutorial from installer at the end so didn't have to go through the manual - which can be rather painful. Without hesitation I would highly recommend them. Well done!
