After being disappointed by another local company, I was recommended to talk to Mark from Bliss. Mark inspected my broken unit, troubleshooted the problem and was able to install a new AC unit all within a couple of weeks (In December!) so thankfully didn't need to live without AC for too long.
Mark and his team were professional, prompt and did a great job. Highly recommended.

Mark helped us out with and the replacement of an oven circuit and installation of an A/C unit. From the get go, Mark was responsive and punctual - a hard quality to find these days. Mark turned up when he said he would, did the job in the time frame quoted and stayed on budget.
Mark was willing to take time to do some extra quotes for us and took the time to explain his work.
Overall I'd say on of the last of the honest and genuine tradies getting around. We'll definitely be using his services again.

We chose Mark and the team from Bliss to install a new ducted air-conditioning system, including all new duct work and zone controller. They did a great job getting the new, large, unit into the little roof space we have. They were here when they said they would be, did a great job and all for an extremely competitive price - I would definitely recommend. Cheers guys. Ben!

I have engaged Mark to install 3 separate reverse cycle air conditioners at our home. On each occasion Mark has done a great job completing each of the installations and explaining how to use the systems. He has also been most helpful following up whenever we needed assistance with the units. Mark is very competent and personable and we would happily use him again for any future air conditioning work.

Very happy with Bliss - dealt with Mark direct to cover all costings, variations and installations. Mark knew his stuff and was also able to offer some advice on the motor sizing as well as zoning. Like all jobs there were a couple of issues along the way but we were able to get them sorted quickly and prices adjusted that was ok with me.
Good to work with the person who quotes the job and follows up hands on to get it complete
Lastly, we have a young family and all of us were totally comfortable with Mark and his people in the house with us while the work was done.
