Before Karl visits your property, you will receive another email confirming the date and time of our appointment. We generally provide a 2 hour window for our arrival time to allow flexibility should the requirements change for an earlier job. A day or two after your job is complete, we will send a follow up email asking about your experience with Josh and the team at DCM.

Contacted DCM who were professional and efficient from the get go. Karl was sent to assess the problem, turned to be blocked sewage pipe! He unlocked and cleaned in no time, did a great job! Route cause is a cracked pipe with tree roots, which DCM are quoting to fix in the new year. Thanks DCM team, good work 👍

A great experience, DCM were able to get two of their plumbers to assess the problem within an hour. They proceeded to give a quote, ( which was very reasonable) and begin work immediately. The guys were both professional and personable, did a fantastic job in a timely manner. I could not recommend them more highly.

I cannot recommend Karl and Jackson enough. These 2 young men were respectful, polite, tidy and involved me in the whole process. My job was a whole long days work but the guys took it in their stride and with a smile & were positive at all times. The process was explained to me with options (if available ) provided.
