Jetset Plumbing are the best! from my first phone call to the young girl (I wish I remembered her name) to the prompt arrival on site by Joshua, to the follow up work carried out by Matt & Blake, I cannot fault a single thing. The service provided was professional, friendly, courteous and quick! Having just moved to the area, we now have our plumber sorted!

From the moment I rang JetSet Plumbing to Matt ringing me confirming his arrival till he finished his job and left I was given the impression of quality service.
Matt in particular is a friendly and knowledgeable person not only in his plumbing field but with his own opinions on questions I asked about guttering.
He was on time, courteous and up front about any and all charges.
Our heating overflow system was continuously leaking, Matt inspected and determined the options and in the end decided to replace the fitting.
It's been over a week now

On top of that he was very friendly, professional and not only fixed a blockage but gave me some advice on other issues. I would not hesitate to get them back any time. We are extremely happy with the service provided by Matt Christie from Jetset Plumbing. Recently, we needed a blocked drainage pipe at the front of our property fixed. We had previously been told that it had been broken by tree roots and would need to be dug up and replaced, a very expensive undertaking.
We asked Jetset to send someone out to assess the problem and Matt came out very soon after. Matt quickly assessed that the pipe was just blocked by debris and didn't need to be replaced. He was also able to pinpoint the cause of the blockage and suggest ways to avoid it happening in the future

Mark arrived at the agreed appointment time, was prompt in his assessment of the job, explained the process clearly and set to work. Mark was highly professional in his conduct, was easy to talk to and happily answered our questions.
