I decided to use Ken Hall plumbers because of their positive reviews. My experience with other plumbing services were not positive ones. I was extremely impressed with the service that was provided Sam the plumber was professional, explaining all the possibilities of the problem and dealt with it efficiently. I was so impressed. Just wanted to give a big shoutout - there were some Ken Hall Roofers doing some work for one of our neighbours and needed to go up via our roof (we are in a row of townhouses and our place has the best access from the ground). While they were there, I mentioned that there was a banging sound somewhere on our own roof when it is windy and asked if they could see anything loose up there. Not only did they identify it, but they also generously gave a quick fix-up with a couple of screws for us which we very much appreciate!

A very professional firm. The two men were polite and worked in unison together, not wasting time standing around talking to each other. They arrived on time and completed the job without stopping until they had finnish. Explained what needed to be done. Their work was excellent. I would highly recommend this firm. 👍

This installation was done in a 24 hour period which I appreciated so much. The place where this installation took place is the home where my son lives. He requires special understanding and as his mother I have been a prime provider of care for many years. He told me a pleasant man came and fixed his toilet for him, and I will be forever grateful for the understanding your plumber gave to him. I cannot speak highly enough of the job they did. Every contractor was punctual and arrived when they said they would. The team was very friendly and so professional (and they clean up after themselves).
We had a Bathroom and Toilet renovated, demolition of the existing was very quick. We hit our first hurdle Day One and needed a new slab for both rooms due to the previous installation. This was dealt with professionally and within two days the new slabs were laid and we were progressing quickly from then.
