It took some doing, they did an awesome job. I can not speak highly enough of these lads, on time, polite, professional, friendly, explained what they were doing and why.
Elliot went through the house and checked everything all toilets, basins, baths etc were draining as should be. I will have them out again, for any other jobs, should the need arise. You know you're old when you're excited by a toilet replacement, but I seriously couldn't be happier with the job Elliot from Fawcett did in replacing our toilet system.

Very good. The tradesmen were all very professional and did perfect work. I had 3plumbers all together for different jobs. Tom installed a new water heater and it was a work of art. Andy the electrician put new lights at the front of my house, then installed an outside PowerPoint for my new hot water service. I was very happy with all the work they did. Would definitely hire Fawcett's again.

I am so pleased with the Fawcett Group. Whilst moving our stove ready for new lino being laid last week, Elliott discovered a gas leak. On the Richter scale of Gas leaks reading of 1 okay ours was 4 not so good.
The leak wasn't coming from an obvious section so the best way to handle this was to replace all the old pipes with new ones.
On Wednesday Paul arrived with a mini excavator and dug a trench from Meter box to the house. Luckily we have a gravel driveway.
Andrew and Elliott came with new pipes and the best plan of how to repipe the house with the least disruption to Mum and I.

He was very well groomed and to be honest a bit of a fox, a silver fox. He was done very quickly and once again I was able to insert into the point. We were charged and arm and a leg, $555 and they left without clearing the drain, got somebody in the next day who charged $215 and he said it was a relatively easy clear, i could have handled paying that much if they actually fixed the problem but they didnt, couldnt be more unimpressed, wish i could leave zero stars. DO NOT ENGAGE THIS CONTRACTOR.
