They arrived on time but we had to let them clean the carpet and lock up on their way put as qe couldn't stay. We were handing the house keys over the next day and needed to clean the carpet and also remove a large fresh stain in one spot.
Heard nothing from them after leaving, but when we went to finosh cleaning the next morning the large stain was still there, didn't look like the colour had lessened even a little. We had less than 2 hours until we needed to hand the keys over at this point so a heads up on that would have been appreciated. I spent most of that time scrubbing the patch with

These guys are absolutely fantastic! After calling them up when my previously booked carpet cleaners cancelled on me 30mins prior to when it was supposed to be, they did everything they could and got it done for me that afternoon. The carpet in my unit hadn't been cleaned in over 4 years and were very badly stained with food spills, paint spills, blue tac ground into the carpet and more. I was really worried that the carpet was beyond repair, but Alison came and worked her magic and the carpets all look great again. Very reasonably priced and great service. I would definately recommend Tru Blue carpet cleaning, and I will definately use them again.

I had my carpets done by Alison and she gave me excellent service and excellent results. I was very happy with the outcome and I would recommend her to anyone and the price was unbeatable $100 to do my 3 rooms plus hallway and walk in robe and our study.
