Erban Development built our block of 8 apartments in Bassendean, which were completed in March 2017. The workmanship is sound, and whenever we have had any problems or adjustments needed, Eric has been very helpful and quick to respond. He has kept good records of any tradesman who have carried out work. If something in the apartment block needs work, if practical, he organises it himself or is helpful in providing names and phone numbers to all of the occupiers when something needs following up by someone other than him.
