This man is an animal! I was just in a Publix parking lot trying to get to my class for a final exam. This man was in front of me stopping every chance he got. He might have 30 mins to waste in a parking lot but I did not so I went on the other side of the road to get away from all the traffic, that's when this man TURNS RIGHT INTO MY SMALL SEDAN causing damage to my car and all he had to say was WHY did i NOT wait for him?!?!?! Who does he think he is?? He was trying to prove a point by DAMAGING my car!!! That's insane as well as ignorant. The only "right" thing he did was NOT call the police
