Services
Do you have key people exhibiting poor emotional intelligence and being insensitive to the needs of others? Is there evidence of anxiety, stress and burnout (all exorbitant compensation costs) rather than of confident, resilient staff? Would you like your people to think more effectively - not personalising, grudge holding or staying entrenched in negativity?
Entertaining and knowledgeable, Tracey mentions the unmentionable in a way that allows people to laugh, get the point, and move forward. Whether working independently or as part of a consortium, Tracey's focus is on identifying and resolving the genuine cause of the problem rather than expending energy trying to resolve a symptom.
Tracey McGrath International has a 30-year history of supporting charitable organisations both financially and through active volunteering. When I was 17 and studying at University, my Dad asked me to drop by the local primary school where I had gone years before. My job was to take money to the Principal to pay for all the children whose families couldn't afford to send them on an upcoming school excursion.
It's all about people and behaviour ~ ours and theirs. What do we need to change in order to achieve our goals? Tracey works with individuals and organisations to identify what isn't working, why and what are our options for change? Tracey has been a keynote speaker at the opening day of the Curtin Ignition program in 2013, 2014 and 2015.
Tracey McGrath's keynotes have set attendance records at conferences and corporate breakfasts.
