I recently worked for Marks Cleaning and I have had one of the worst job experiences ever. The staff expect you to do more than what your job description requires, for a minimum amount of pay. Another situation that I was around that rubbed me the wrong way was when a young female son mouth was busted at school, and she took him to the hospital for stitches. Marks cleaning management a older lady Robyn contacted me to see if the girl was still coming in after the hospital. Had our carpet cleaned today in several rooms. Technician that gave us the quote ended up doing the cleaning- nice kid...definitely someone you would want out in front of your customers. Received a call this morning that he would be running a little late due to working late the night before and sleeping in- that's fine, things happen..plus we have a bunch of snow.
