General plumbing responded quickly so we were only without a hot water system for less than 24 hours. For this we were very grateful. Will was punctual, professional, very thorough and tidy. We were very impressed.

The guys from General Plumbing were attentive .. remedying what another plumber did not do well.
I needed my bathroom sink ( hot tap) to stop leaking.
My shower taps (which the other company installed) secured properly. (They had kept dropping off. )
I also needed s grab bar installed, as I'd had a fall recently and cracked my ribs getting out of the shower. No fuss.

My kitchen sink also needed attention. Again the previous man had not installed tge conndctions correctly, ghats why it had leaked. All good now.

Super professional service. Adam came out to look at an old shower tap fixture that had become loose and unthreaded due to age and had begun to rust away. Due to this, the shower could not be turned off completely and was on course to being an emergency. Came in and immediately solved the problem and fixed in brand new replacements that work perfectly, all within 30 minutes. As mentioned before, very professional and friendly, Adam is a credit to the business. Highly recommend General Plumbing Co.
