It is such a straight-forward and streamlined process that takes the hassle and stress out of dealing with your plumbing and gas issues.
I have used them 3 times in the past 12 months and so I would like to compliment them on their consistent punctuality, professional service and reputable workmanship.
Their team leader Garett is very understanding and co-operative and both tradesmen that have attended my residence have been terrific.
They are extremely thorough and explain everything clearly.

I had Josh out to look at fixing an under sink problem. a quote would follow? Yeah that didn't happen. I called. I was told he will definitely send out quote. Yeah that didn't happen. I called again. Was told he would call me back in twenty mins? Yeah that didn't happen. I eventually spoke to him and he said he couldn't do the job. why did he not tell me this. I wont be contacting him again that is for sure.

This company charged me $2800 to fix a gas leak. Billed me 1 hour to fix it and 15 hours to find it. Completely unrealistic. Their hourly rate is $130 an hour. My regular plumber is far more competent and professional than this company. Asked them to reconsider the bill but no compromise. As it was a rental property I think they exploited the naivety of the property manager and the situation. Stay clear and use someone else.

Very professional, very polite, very efficient! After a number of plumbing issues at my investment property’s, all faults were fixed and was very happy with the service overall. Not always easy as a woman to find a good tradie I can trust, but the plumber (Oshie I think it was) took time to explain everything. Will use them again.
