In our panel, there was a faulty breaker. They called ahead of time and showed up at our house on time. They were courteous and careful in removing the painted metal plate from the breaker box. We are presently up and running after he immediately diagnosed the problem. The best part is that he is completely honest about the work that needs to be done.

Excellent service, experienced repair team, and text message appointment reminders and repair schedules. They got on our heater problem right away, diagnosed it quickly, located a very hard-to-find part, and even fixed a few other minor problems with the system. All future heating issues will be addressed to them!

This electricity utility just did a sub panel replacement for me, which also included repairing an old furnace circuit that had dangerous flexible conduit. From the first (no-cost, no-commitment) assessment visit through the actual work today, everything went perfectly. The two workers ran a little late, but the work is excellent and clean, and they even hard-wired the furnace with a switched junction box (to satisfy code, but I didn't select for an inspection because it's not required).

The guys at Sydney electrical attended our property very quickly as we had a switch tripping in the main switchboard. They asked about the lights feeding from the switch, did a quick inspection around the building and discovered that one of them had water inside and was causing the switch to fail. They quickly fixed it and were very friendly and helpful with other small electrical items.
We had a very good experience dealing with them and we requested them for quotes to do other jobs in our building!

The electrician who came to my house was extremely courteous, professional and Level 2 electrician. I really appreciate that he wore his mask the whole time too. When I got a quote, there was a concise breakdown of all the costs including parts that needed to be ordered; it made the decision very easy to make. The electrician answered all my questions and left a great looking product. Will be using for my next project.

I called around a few places but Romo was able to come out in a matter of few hours to resolve an emergency electrical issue in my home. He was incredibly helpful as we have a busy schedule and don't have time to wait for work to be done. Issue was fixed promptly, and the work they did was impressive. The wiring was impressive, and I certainly appreciate how quickly they were able to fix resolve issues. I highly recommend Emergency Response Electric for all your electrical needs!
