Brilliant service. Excellent workers who take care of all furniture & heritage light fixtures when changing globes. Great customer communications on site, phone & email. On site good advice on updating to new doorbell & globes.

Steve....Dodgy bloke who runs it, claims to be a family man, had no respect for mine. he forgot one of his tools so enters my house without permission, terrifies my young kids and partner who doesn't speak good english. I called him about it and he insults me and say's its not his problem we don't speak good english. Absolutly disgraceful!

It all happened on a Thursday evening, decided to put on the lights, no lights, what has happened, so I had to wait to the following morning, looking through my fridge magnets I chose Electric Express Electricians.
That was the best decision I had made for some time, they were so fast, punctual and friendly, on their arrival I explained my problem, within a matter of hours my problem was solved and I got on with my life.

After being called out to a job late one night for a gas leak (plumber), we had found that the earth for the oven had passed through the hose and burnt through.
We turned the power off to the house and without knowing really what to do we started calling electricians the customer had used, numbers on the fridge etc. No surprise no one answered their phones.
I called Steve who we had met through a mutual friend and he answered straight away, diagnosed what he believed the issue to be, and came out that night at 10pm with his son Max and stayed till their house was safe and power was returned.

Express electrical were on time, courteous and did the job in 30 minutes. I was a bit miffed that whilst doing the little job Steve took 3 calls on his mobile and on completion found to my horror that for a simple 30 minute job I was charged $90 service call and a further $180 labour. $270 before we paid a total bill of $346. Whilst I have no issues with punctuality and ability, I do object to the combination of extortionate service and labour fees. I will not be using Express again.

Without any "word of mouth" recommendations I found a telephone number from my local paper that lead me to Electric Express Solutions. Steve understood, over the phone, the immediate need I had with an ageing fuse box, a job that had to be done quickly, and organised to meet me at my unit later that day. He arrived on time in a large van filled with spares and was able to quickly assess the problem and complete the changeover to an approved circuit box immediately.
