Bleyer Constructions is currently owned by Charles Bleyer, and previously by his father Karl in the 1950s and 1960s. Throughout the 1970s and 1980s works were carried out under 'Karl Bleyer and Son', then upon Karl's retirement the name was changed to Bleyer Constructions. Over the 50 years of operating we have gained invaluable experience which we pass onto our clients through each project we undertake, in a personal and professional approach.

We couldn’t recommend them more highly. Charles, Kurt and the team were excellent to deal with from the day we started our project through to the very end. They worked on our house for over 6 months & didn’t miss a beat. They tackled every problem without any fuss…and there were many that arose. Their quality of work & craftsmanship is outstanding but just as importantly they were reliable, honest and hard working. Had Charles and his son take out a wall and change the configuration of rooms in my house in 2019. They had to deal with old walls that were out of plumb while also ensuring the original decorative cornice remained. They removed half of the flooring in the new room, as it was water damaged, and managed to replace it without having any visible lines or joins....quite amazing! They were professional at all times and completed the work to an excellent standard. I would recommend them for work to anyone and thank them for the wonderful improvements to my home.

After waiting for a number of years to finally replace our front window we were exceptionally lucky to find Charles Bleyer Constructions in our local paper, The Manly Daily. Charles worked with us to decide on the most appropriate window, ordered the window from Stegbar, ensuring that it would be customised to fit our existing window size/shape. During the ordering and manufacturing of the window, Charles extracted our existing window, quite a task given there were many individual panels of glass to be removed from a relatively high window frame. No glass was broken, all waste materials were placed
