Having completed a vast repertoire of projects, extensively including high end renovations and builds, we are able to offer our clients a diverse range of skills and services as a boutique home renovation and extension specialist.
As a boutique home renovation and extension specialist, we offer a diverse range of skills and services, including renovations, extensions, new homes, and granny flats. From minor alterations to major renovations, we focus on tailoring your project to meet your specific needs and requirements, while minimising undue disruption to your family and household.
We can facilitate a concept-to-completion service. We work in conjunction with our contract designer to ensure that your ideas are at the forefront of the design process. Upon your request, we can organise all required drawings and Council approvals, and our team will work in conjunction with you throughout the construction process to ensure your new home realises all of your desired outcomes.
This stage of the project involved the demolition and redesign of a severely deteriorated timber deck at the rear of the home. The result was three new tiled decks with frameless glass balustrade and new lighting features layered across three levels. This created a versatile and elegant space centred around the existing inground pool, which provided a perfect landscape for entertaining showcasing endless ocean views.
They say the kitchen is the heart of the home, and this was very much the case with this renovation project. Removing and repositioning several load-bearing walls on the ground floor consolidated the old bathroom and laundry space into one spacious, user-friendly guest bathroom and laundry. This allowed extra floor space for a larger kitchen with a fully functional butler's pantry.

From the moment James arrived to complete our quote, he was punctual and courteous. We could already tell that he would be the builder we chose to complete our extension/renovation as his professionalism and attention to detail were a level above every other builder we had come through for quotes. I cannot recommend JRS highly enough. I have dealt with numerous builders over the years, but JRS were the most professional and easy to work with. We did not know James when he quoted for the first project, but he was very clear on costs and expectations from day 1. If there was any change in the price we initially agreed, it was because we had made amendments. And those amendments were discussed, and James advised on what were the best options. We were delighted with the finished result. We had discussed our second larger project for over 5 years and had never felt comfortable with the discussions
