Asset outdoor Additions were recommended to me by a neighbour and I can see why. From the very first meeting Rob was fantastic, he took the time to listen to what I needed in my small space. My timeframe may not have been realistic at the busiest time of the year, however the team MADE IT HAPPEN!! I could not have asked for a better outcome with such a smooth process from start to finish.

Seamless process from quote to finished product - even from interstate. Reasonably priced, prompt service, friendly staff, great communication and although I haven't seen it myself my tenant is very happy with the finished product. So far our experience has been beyond our expectations. I'll definitely recommend to others and I've already asked them to quote on 2 other properties for me.

A great job done by Asset Outdoor Additions on our gabled patio roof. Five minutes after Rob turned up we knew we were dealing with the right people for our job. Thanks to Cameron, Dusty, Tyson and the team for the construction and the great support from the ladies in the office.

Great team to work with from start to finish. Our initial meeting with John left us feeling we were in great hands. He was great to deal with & tried to help get what we wanted done within our budget. We are very happy with our new decking around our pool & insulated roof. I just wanted to write how happy i am with my new patio, great customer service.
From the first phone call into the office speaking with Krystelle, whom was so pleasant was a nice change. Some of the other companies i had contacted who seemed they didn't want to be there or want my job.
Who then sent out Rob there design assessor who is just as lovely, so helpful and designed our gorgeous patio. Then to Neil and Cameron who did the check measure and made sure everything was as we wanted. Even the builders were professional and polite which surprised me to be honest and I always felt informed

We are extremely happy with our new Asset Outdoor Additions carport! In the design stage we were guided by Rob in choosing positioning and materials. All aspects of the build were handled for us - Council approval, electrical work and plumbing. Excellent workmanship has given us a practical addition which fits perfectly with our existing house!

A simple one room extension turned into a 7 month long disaster that cost us thousands for nothing.
The sales person quote did not remotely consider requirements specific to our property - the contract was not by any means cheap either. Once contract was signed we didn't hear from them for over 3mths despite our calls to them. In the end we pulled the plug as the additional costs required for modifications to gain council approval would have been astronomical.
The actual builder could never be spoken to only the office manager, and the only time we did manage to catch him, he recommended
