To work closely with our clients to bring their dreams to fruition, where each step of the journey is about providing excellence. Davbuilt Constructions maintains a current Q.B.S.A (Queensland Building Services Authority) license in accordance with legislative requirements. We operate on a conservative financial basis and fund working capital entirely through our own cash reserves.
We have a blend of consultants whom we can call upon to work with us to create your building. We can take your project from concept to fruition, engaging Town planners, Architects and Engineers on your behalf. We will arrange for soil testing, engineering plans and environmental reports all of which are necessary to get your plans approved and ready for construction.
We were fortunate to have been put in touch with Peter Davies of Davbuilt Construction when the builder on our designer home was placed into receivership three quarters of the way into the build. Peter very quickly came to grips with the requirements to complete the build, providing professional, yet empathetic advice.
Building a new home provides a unique opportunity to start with a blank canvas, so whether you have a house design in mind or not, we can help. The design of a good home considers the needs and lifestyle of the owners, the budget constraints and the orientation of the home to the prevailing elements, aspects and views.

There are two things you want in a surgeon or a builder: trust and ability. Peter Davies had our trust from the outset and demonstrated his ability in spades. He was very respectful of our budget but not shy to offer advice in value adding. Communication was always open, frank and honest. We engaged Davbuilt Constructions to build our house in 2016, completed 2017. Peter was extremely helpful and easy to deal with, and his continued advice and input throughout the build resulted in a superb home that we enjoy immensely. Peter Davies and his building team of Davbuilt Constructions completed our home renovation and extension in Brisbane. His attention to detail and quality construction were impressive.
