My Boss's Company was searching for a new office cleaning company and we found Cleaneroo on top of google. We had problems in the past with our cleaners being very unreliable and dishonest. Raffaele & Cassandra took the time to run through our office and show me the systems and procedures they're company uses for quality control and reporting. Not only do cleaneroo use a cool app to check if the cleaners have arrived we can also receive reports of when they inspect. This has now made my job as the receptionist easier and i've impressed the company I work with quality is great and rates are fair

Look im going to be completely honest. If you want a cleaning company with perfect communication choose these guys. English speaking, well dressed and no their work very well. I got in 3 companies for quotes and yes they were cheaper but I was scared to get backpacker cleaners with no experience. Better to pay for higher quality and pay a little more.

We have recently installed what is called LOW E glass on our brand new home build in Mosman. I've been told about the problems it can cause with cleaning and was recommended to call Raffaele at Cleaneroo to come have a look. He was very knowledgeable and taught us about the process and the time it would take to clean the paint splatter that came from the ceiling being done. His team took there time and the windows were washed up perfectly. Call Raffaele he will help you with any information you will need regarding this niche cleaning method that can be costly to owner builders.

Highly recommend! I worked as a cleaner for Raff for over 6 months and never encountered one problem as you usually do with other companies when working on a casual basis. Raff was always there to support us on the job if we required any help or had any questions. Super great with communication and a wonderful boss all round to work under. If I ever need casual work again Raff will be my first call!

We are owner builders and my wife and i didn't know we had to organise our own cleaning after the builders finished the construction on our new home. I organised Raffaele to come out and give me a quote and him and his team were very honest and knowledgeable about cleaning processes with the amount of dust and grout that had accumed. He even worked with our builder to schedule the builders cleaning at the appropriate time. Very happy with the job and service provided.

Cleaneroo has been our company’s preferred construction cleaning subcontractor for 7 months now. Their team has effectively organised themselves to be able to clean all 4 of our sites located across Sydney. The General Manager, Raffaele is a professional individual who possesses not only the experience but also the positive mindset required to succeed in this industry; which not many people have.
