Our approach to commercial cleaning is based on understanding the client's needs, developing a Client Service Plan that meets all aspects of the client's requirements and then striving to consistently exceed them. One of our supervisors takes them through the 21-page Lavender Cleaning Training Manual. It covers every aspect of their duties including what to do if things go wrong. Then they have to complete a written examination at head office to ensure their understanding of the information provided. A supervisor will give them on-site training to make sure they understand every single aspect of their job.
Lavender Gardening maintains a range of strata properties throughout Sydney. All team members are qualified or apprentice horticulturalists with extensive knowledge and experience on plant and lawn care. We complete all tasks related to grounds maintenance and lawn care using the best equipment and supplies available.
