Very unprofessional. Gets trades to do the jobs and then refuses to pay the quoted amount. Been telling all my clients to steer away. Especially Andrew, the owner, is as shifty as they come

I built my 2 new houses with Marque in the past 2 years. The sales manager Brett Wilson provided me with the professional service when I was doing the quote process . I had quoted many other builders before I came to Brett . He helped me to get the best quote within my budget . He is very committed to the customer satisfaction even when I was in construction phase . He tried to help me to resolve the construction issues by right communication with the internal teams . I was lucky that I can get the competitive price with the quality houses to be built with Marque through the COVID 19 time.

We spent so much time visiting other builders and it was becoming very confusing and my parents almost had given up on building a house and were going to sell our block. English is our second language and we were finding it hard to understand exactly what we were getting or what is was going to cost in the end. We then came across Brett Wilson-Leach at the Glen Waverley display and Brett’s approach was very different. He was very transparent and he told us frankly what was and wasn’t possible with our budget and our block. He made us feel confident about building again and was very upfront

We have just signed the contract to build our home with Marque Property Group.
