I got a water meter installed and a replacement vanity and shaving mirror. The guys were very polite and efficient. I had an issue with the vanity supplied by Bunnings and they drove there to pick up the replacement vanity for me which was just amazing. Over and above service. Also worth mentioning is they provided a fixed price quote. Very happy and highly recommend My Home Plumbing.

Such a great team - highly recommend to anyone in need of plumbing services. The whole team is super friendly and accommodating. Hannah organised everything over the phone, Tom came out the same day and provided a quote, informing us on what needed to be done and Sandy completed all the work for us. Outstanding experience, from the super friendly initial phone chat to meeting Sandy his lad spot on agreed time, a reasonable quote, seeing their work and Sandy taking to time to really explain all they had done, found and fixed. I am one super impressed customer. Sandy persevered and nailed a very hard to find years old issue with our roof stormwater drainage and water tank setup that 2 other (franchise) plumbers previously didn’t actually fix.
To cap it all off Sandy is a top bloke to have a yarn with.

How refreshing to find great trades where they return your call in half an hour, are on time and reasonably priced.

Sandy from My Home Plumbing was incredible in diagnosing and quickly fixing our hot water heater. As someone who loves a hot shower, moving in to an apartment with lukewarm water was very frustrating. I was ready to buy a whole new tank asap but thankfully called My Home Plumbing first. Sandy didn't hit me with the up-sell of installing a new tank but instead was able to fix my current hot water heater, saving me a serious amount of cash.

Communication was great with Hannah responding quickly to my online request and sent reminder messages the day before my booking. I would not hesitate to recommend My Home Plumbing. They are an extremely professional team. From my first phone call to Hannah and discussions with Tom on-site, the work required (internal hot water unit replacement), options for external installation and pricing were explained. On the day of installation they were on time, professional, very clean and tidy. I was so happy with the completed work that I also engaged them to replace all my bathroom tap-ware and household flexi pipes.

Everything about these guys is joyful. Brilliant workmanship with a great easy going approach. Communication is great with Hannah sending reminders before scheduled call outs.
