The steam cleaning method we use begins with a powerful pre-spray process using environmentally friendly chemicals which effectively lifts soiling from within the carpet fibres. We then steam clean them using hot water extraction which combines with powerful vacuums to remove dirt and soiling. Stains are worked on & 99% can be removed throughout the process.

Unless specifically stated in a quote we do not cover curtain cleaning/washing, complete wall washing, external house washing, rubbish removal & ceiling cleaning. If the house turns out to be extremely dirty due to medium-long term non cleaning then additional cost may be required to complete the cleaning unless we are notified otherwise.

Mike's Reid is a great bloke and always very easy to talk to and communicate with, he gave me every bit of advice which I needed and was very professional when booking my service. Kim did the dry cleaning and my carpets look amazing and smell very fresh.
