From the start where a lady answered my phone call to put in my booking and answered all my questions, and from the time the cleaner arrived, Michael rang to confirm my booking on the day, found a place to park on his own in the city where the apartment is, arrived on time, worked efficiently and cleaned the carpets really well.

The Drytron carpet dry cleaning service is fast and convenient. The process uses minimal water so avoids the smells, delays, and shrinkage associated with steam cleaning. Whatever you do, avoid Drytron at all costs. They are the most unprofessional, disrespectful and unworthy company I have ever dealt with. After booking a carpet clean, we waited hours after multiple confirmations that someone would come out despite the COVID lockdown, but no one came. Finally it was confirmed that no one is coming because of lockdown. After making a complaint of the unprofessional conduct of the business, Rebecca, the supervisor ended up going home without even resolving my query. Some customer service. I tried to take my complaint higher, but apparently the managers of this company

The guy who came was fine. Punctual, cleaned up. I pointed out a couple of areas specifically on the couch and he completed the job. The couch was still wet so I couldn't really tell if the skin oil stains were gone until it dried. I wasn't told at the time they may not come out or they haven't come out. Once the couch dried, I realised they didn't. A week later I was prompted in an email for feedback. The email stated their policy was to identify stains they are not able to remove and explain why. In my feedback I advised that didn't happen and I still had stains. This was around the time Victoria

I contacted Drytron and ask for carpet cleaning and removal of furniture and placing it back after cleaning. I also asked for one rug cleaning too. Service was terrible, they overcharged and did not move furniture and did not clean under the furniture either. I complained and they said they will return my call which they did not. I wrote them an email with no response. I will call Consumer Affairs to get all my money back and report their terrible service. I will never call them again and never recommend them to anyone.
