Place is in serious need of better project management and better internal communications. A plumber came down for an inspection in the morning and we agreed on the costs and they noted they will be back at 3pm in the afternoon to complete the job and unfortunately never heard from them. Had to call hours later only to note they could no longer make it. They rescheduled to tomorrow 11am and once again a no show and no call. Hours later I called up only to be once again rescheduled to 2pm and a different plumber would now be attending. No compensation for any of these delays whilst my burst water

Very poor, unprofessional service! I called and made an urgent plumbing booking due to a burst bathroom pipe (water was literally spraying out of the pipe), I was advised the plumber would attend between 11 and 3pm. At 2:36 the office called and advised that the plumber the job had been allocated to wasn’t coming today due to a family emergency and they needed to rebook to tomorrow? Ummm I have water leaking from the pipe – so much for ‘fast, affordable & reliable’ service! Given the time of day this has put me in a very difficult position because I will now have to pay ‘after hour’

The worst experience I've had with a plumbing company! I had water leak under the bathroom door, and Plumbing Detectives has a high star rating in Google for some reason.
First plumber arrived at my rental property, called me and said no one opened the door. I asked him to knock on the door, he refused. Straight after the phone conversation, I called my tenants, they ran out and couldn't see anyone.
I requested a second plumber, and asked the tenants to keep the front door open this time. Plumber inspected and said we need to get a specialist with equipments to check the pipes using sonar technology

We called this company to install a water filter for us after seeing their ads. A few days later Adam the technician came to do the job and we are please with how it turns out. He came on time, do the job professionally, and took time to explained about the process to us. Overall we are pleased with everything.

Clean and Clear:
I got my 3 stage water filter installed by Adam after seeing an advert in a mail I received. The promotion was of $210 which included the water filter, a “free faucet” and a “free cooler machine”. I got the free faucet and the cooler, however, the cooler wasn’t as big as it was in the advert photo.
I was given a time of between 1pm to 4pm. I was literally waiting all this time ! Adam arrived a little after 5pm. There was no courtesy call to inform me they were running late. Adam showed up on my property with someone in another car who appeared to be his mate. I didn’t
