Dayne came around to fix our hot water system and resolved the problem in minutes. He was professional and polite so we are currently using him again for an extension. After I called a dozen plumbers without success, Dayne replied and came first thing Sat morning. All jobs done without any issues. He's definitely in my phone list for future plumbing needs. Excellent!
Dayne was professional, upfront with cost structure, unlike many "so called plumbing services" on Google, you don't even get to talk to a plumber and they charge you a call out fee ~$100 with no further cost information. I reckon the call out fee is what the company who takes calls charge you. Then the plumber actually doing the job will charge you again, after you paid $100, you'd go with whatever
