I've engaged Daniel's services previously and was extremely happy.. This time I had problems with my wall furnace; the ignition button was loose and the pilot light was temperamental. I also had concerns about the furnace leaking carbon monoxide which if left undetected can be lethal. I hadn't bothered to have it serviced for 12 years!! He was spot-on fixing the ignition button and showed me exactly what was causing the issue. He also tested the heater for noxious emissions and all was found to be OK. Daniel was professional, prompt and the fee was super competitive. We'll continue to use Daniel

We first used Daniel when our hot water service suddenly died, only a few weeks before we were due to give birth to our first baby. I messaged him that night, and he was around the next morning and had a new system installed and working by midday. Brilliant.
He gave us a couple of options - a cheaper, smaller one, or one that cost a bit more but is bigger and made of stainless steel so it would last 25 years, which we chose.
We’ve had him back a couple of times to replace some taps and a toilet cistern. He is always fast, friendly, reasonably priced, and does great quality work. Thanks Daniel

Daniel is not just an efficient professional, he's also a genuinely great bloke. I needed a plumber to look at my gas hot water service because it had stopped heating the water. Daniel arrived right on time and was very quick to locate the issue. There are no males in our family to whom we girls can turn for "man jobs" and there's always a sense of vulnerability associated with that. You know, "will the tradesman be honest", will he take advantage of the fact we're clueless, will he pad out the fee, will we be charged an excessive rate." You get the picture! I rang Daniel as we had a leak in our solar hot water pipe. Daniel was working further down the peninsula but turned up a few hours later to rectify the problem.
Ten minutes later the leak was repaired and everything was back to working order.

Our gas hot water service failed and we called Orbit for repair or replacement. We discussed changing to a instant water heater but Daniel explained the extra expenses involved with new larger pipes required so we settled for a new storage unit. On the same day he removed the old tank, brought a new one to the house and had it completely installed before 3.00pm. Fantastic service, no mess and no old tank to get rid of. We will use Daniel again when needed.

I have contacted Daniel twice for emergency plumbing, one of them at the end of the day. He came and sorted my emergency and returned the next morning with the parts to complete the job. He is very reliable, phoning me when to let me know when he would be at my place. I will be using Daniel again should any plumbing issues arise, and highly recommend him.
