In answer to Leah's inaccurate post. We did what she & her cabinet fitter asked us to do & the fact that did not turn out the way she wanted is not our fault.
As far as my defensive email i simply stated the true facts & that was clearly not what she wanted to hear.
I have had enough of people using these forums to make statements with no evidence & simply bagging company's & people because they can not take resposability for there own mistakes.

Great service at a reasonable price for a very challenging job. The job took almost the whole day working under the house in terrible conditions. I would recommend Mark and his team especially Ben for a fantastic job. Will definitely use them again.

I am dissatisfied and angry by work carried out by Caesar’s Plumbing and their apparent lack of care about customer service , it falls way below my expectations. I did meet at the jobs completion with the owner Mark, which he followed with a defensive email which left me still feeling unheard , unvalued as a client and dismissed, was that because I was not a tradesperson, nor a man or because he is always right at all costs. I'm renovating my laundry so I rang Caesars Plumbing and I booked a date/ time to have my laundry sink removed as the waste and to cap the pipes.
I was told on the phone that it has been written down in the schedule book and I was the first job of the day starting at 08:00.
09:00 I called and I was informed by the same person that booked the appointment, it's not in the schedule book. I was then told a plumber will be available later that day but after calling another plumber, I decided to go with them over Caesars even if it meant the job would be done days later.
I will never ever call Caesars

Had a recent plumbing problem and was given a verbal recommendation to try Caesars Plumbing & Gas. They arrived at the appointed time, found the employee to be neat and tidy in appearance. Had all the parts he needed to complete the installation of my new tapes and pipes. Cleaned up and removed all excess packaging. (No one does that anymore!).
At the same time, I made enquires about what it would cost to change from a 'tank' hot water system to an 'instantaneous' system. He was knowledgable on what I would need i.e. Elec point outside, size of the unit etc. He arranged for

Warning, major rip-off! Check the rates first....!!!!
$110 (incl 15 mins) callout fee.
I live less than 5 minutes away, but that fee remains (seriously).
Then $35 per 15 minutes - that's $140 per hour ..!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
(Probably + GST too!)
Jeez, talk about gouging the the client. I wonder if they smoke a cigarette after 'taking you'..??
