Ive had Superior plumbing out on two occasions now. Last year they located tree roots in sewerage pipes under paving. A minimal amount of paving was lifted as his equipment located the exact location of blockage.
Today the shower drain was blocking and he used a high pressure air blast to clear rather than having to remove the fairly new grouted in drain cover.
Michael from Superior Plumbing had diagnosed problem quickly on both occasions and with professional equipment he had the job done in no time.
Michael was on time both times and was sure to clean up and replace any items he had moved

Steve and all his team connected us to the sewage system and decommissioned our two septic systems which needed a lot of trenching. The quote was reasonable and clear on scope and variation clearly discussed when needed. The team behaved extremely professionally over a weeks work at my house. They kept us informed and remained very careful of my family's privacy.
The site was left very tidy and every scrap of rubbish removed. They reinstated our reticulation even though i said I would do that myself. The bill came on time and had no surprises because they communicated issues beforehand. My questions
