We had an emergency leak just before Christmas and Shipways plumbing responded only a few hours after we made the call. Dave from Shipways arrived and fixed the problem with in the hour which was amazing as the leak was behind an inbuilt fridge installation we he moved with great care. The service was friendly, clean and very courteous. Highly recommend Shipways Plumbing Penrith.

What a dream team, one phone call and the stress was gone. Dave and the team replaced my hot water system the same day! There was no fuss, plenty of options and they even took the old tank away. I'll definately be referring Shipways to anyone in need of a plumber!

I have been using the team at Shipways for over a year and have had a really good overall experience. They have done work at my family home with Gas bottle plumbing (repairs) and also my hot water system this morning. I called this morning, I could tell they understood that I needed help urgently, he had somebody out as soon as possible and had the job knocked over before end of day and he didn't use that opportunity to over charge me or try and charge for extra's or call outs.
