Jonathan is very pleasant and polite, however, we're unhappy with the poor service we received. He didn't come to site once during works but left his junior do all the work unsupervised. After the shower mixer was incorrectly installed, Jonathan apologised but we had to live with the inconvenience of repairing and retiling some months after renovations were complete. We even had to ask for a discount because Jonathan never offered recompense. To add insult to injury, he gave us 10% off the final bill. Would not recommend this company.

Organised an appointment for 3.10pm. At 3.40pm i had to follow up with him to find out where he was. Stated he was packing his truck and would be more than 30 mins. 5.05pm comes up and once again have to follow up with him to find out what the delay is. He didn't bother to update me once. Lack of professionalism and i cannot understand why there is such positive reviews on here. I am very disappointed because me and my partner left work early to make this time work and also missed university because he did not show up. Very upsetting

Jonathan from sensational plumbing is amazing! Our toilet has been making noises for years, we haven't had any silence in the house and we didn't want to call anyone as we've had bad experiences in the past. I did lots of looking around and all the reviews I could find for sensational plumbing were " sensational! " so I called and Jonathan came the next day and fixed the problem and a few other things, all for a reasonable price. The one thing in particular that I really appreciated was that he got back to you when he said he would and even called before he came. That is a rare thing these day

I called Jonathan from SP after doing a google search and seeing the good reviews. I had an urgent repair of a leaking kitchen pipe. Jonathan was very polite and came within 30 mins and fixed another plumber doggy work! Definitely knows what he is doing and fairly priced.
