Our boiler developed a fault overnight and left us on a Friday with no heating or hot water. Kye had been recommended to me so I gave him a ring. He came within 90 minutes and diagnosed the issue immediately. Went off to secure parts and was back within 45 minutes to fix the problems. I was so relieved and grateful that he came so quickly and that it was sorted promptly. Could not recommend more highly.

I can only give Kai of Vantage Plumbing and Heating Ltd a glowing report and would not hesitate to recommend him.He was quick to respond to a fault with my underfloor heating and when the reason for the fault was not obvious,he systematically solved the problem.At the same time he took time to ensure that I could move to a room in the house which was centrally heated whilst we waited for parts to arrive.He went above and beyond even setting up Sky tv in the room to ensure I was comfortable whilst the underfloor heating was down

My radiator stopped stopped working -which in this weather was a nightmare! I called Vantage Plumbing and Heating and spoke with Kai who was brilliant! He came out as an emergency on the same day and was able to diagnose the problem and fix it on the day. Unbeatable service and couldn’t recommend more. Will continue using their services for all my future pluming needs!

Conversion of a heating and hot water system to a combi. All done in 1 day! Kai answered all my questions during the day. Sure, it is a slightly messy and noisy process, but the results are awesome. The system is now much easier to maintain. Highly recommend.

Kai was excellent. He responded to an emergency overnight call when no other plumber would answer their phone. He attended promptly, secured the immediate crisis, and returned after only a few hours sleep to complete the job in the morning. He was consistently polite, helpful, and extremely understanding. It was a small but difficult job because of the situation but Kai was determined to resolve the crisis and leave us with a working heating system, which he did. We will definitely offer him more work.

I called them because my ceiling was leaking. They arrived quickly considering it was on short notice. They spotted and fixed the problem. Very good service, I would definitely work with them again. Highly recommended!

Kai came within the time he gave to us. He knew what the problem was and told us what he needed to do immediately. He fixed the leak for us within an hour and we were able to put on our water again. Before this we had to go to the neighbours to fetch some water. Thanks Kai for understanding how important this was to us and for fixing the leak for us as soon as we found you.

Kai is super professional, and extremely efficient. From the moment I first spoke to him on the phone about coming to do a replacement for my broken shower unit, right through to his visit and installation, he was polite and knowledgeable.
