While it was great that a plumber came within an hour as promised, this job was incredibly expensive. The call out fee is $240, which I guess is to be expected on weekends/after hours. The hourly rate was $480 and is for any period up to an hour - which I found outrageous. The first plumber didn't have the correct part to make a permanent fix, so another plumber came the next day. The first was here for about 45 mins, generating a cost of $480. The second was here for about 15 mins - another $480. Plus a 'pressure text' - $195 and perhaps 5 mins. Total cost of $1562. It would help to be given information
