Mackie Plumbing and Gas supply, install and provide repairs and service for all Commercial Hot Water requirements. MPG are qualified and experienced in setting up manifold systems for gas, electric, solar and heat pumps. We have experience in small to large commercial operations. We can also offer ongoing maintenance and upkeep as required in line with manufacturer recommendation and site requirements.
This process is vital for protecting bathing and drinking water, and making sure it safe for human use. Backflow can be prevented by the installation of an averting-valve, a one-way device that stops the backwards movement of water through pipes. These devices require regular maintenance to ensure they are operating correctly and their effectiveness has not deteriorated due to age or wear.
Immediate response on exposure to hazardous substances to the eyes are body is critical, delaying treatment, by even a few seconds, can lead to serious injury. Even with good engineering controls and safety precautions in place accidental chemical exposure can still occur. I ordered a service to help a stuck on plumbing. They came and did another very simple technique that I did not request within 15 mins and say: Ok, the problem was solved, and charged me for 1 hour labour plus tool that was the same with original quote without same expected technique. After 1 day, my plumbing was stuck again :(((( I contacted them, and they said they will come back to fix with same charge again for labor or nothing. Why do I need to pay twice times for same issue as they did not want to solve it on the same time?

I've been using Mackies for a number of years now but haven't thought to write a review.
They provide a great plumbing service, never charge a call out few, the guys are so professional polite and friendly.
If you need something fixed urgently they always make the time no matter how busy they are to fix the problem.
I can highly recommend them .

Our hot water system died and Mackie organised a replacement instantaneous system. This involved getting the gas supplier and an electrician to the house at the same time which they organised seamlessly. Great job. Took away the old hot water system and fixed a couple of outdoor taps for free too. Highly recommended!

Unreliable, No Communication. Mackie installed a hot water system to a guesthouse we operate on Airbnb less than 2 years ago. When it stopped working, we contacted Mackie to have it repaired. They attended, pulled the system apart and told us that they required a part. They left and said they would be back later that afternoon. They never returned and we haven’t heard from them since. Despite claiming to be a 24/7 operation we have been unsuccessful (for over 24 hours) getting in contact by phone, SMS, email and social media. We have received nil response. Mackie left us completely in the lurch

After getting 3 quotes for a gas continuous hot water system MPG were very competitive in their price. They didn't come recommended found them from a Google search and glad I did. Matt was very professional from the get go from quoting the job to installing along with the office staff. I fully recommend in giving MPG an opportunity to quote your job you won't regret it! Used to be good dealing with these guys, especially Matt. I was a customer for a couple or more jobs, didn't even mind if some jobs/products are a bit more pricey either.
However it all went disappointingly down hill, such as the recent 2-3 quotes enquiries that never came back to me and one terrible phone call reply I had in regards to the water heater, which really doesn't make sense, might as well not send anyone over to the house to begin with.
Would not recommend anyone to this service presently because they are unable to do a simple task such as getting back to you with

Extremely expensive for what was a simple job. I found out I was charged 3 times more than other plumbers for similar work. Haft the time the bloke was ’on the job’ was spent going to Bunnings to repair a pipe he broke. If you don't mind paying through the nose these guys have all the fancy gear. Not necessary for my plumbing problem and unfortunately I was too late to do anything about it.
