Sent in a submission form on their website, received an email requesting details of my hot water system service to which I replied. They stated it needed a service and possible repair to which i emailed back asking when they could possibly come out, didn't here back from them.
So then decided to book online as they advertise a 10% discount on fees, received an email to ask again what the problem is, explained that I had emailed previously all the information required and if the appointment time requested 1pm 9/12/21 was available.
I then received another email saying they don't have a booking

Whitenesses the driver of one of the vans (plate 1czu 240) driving north on Tonkin during peak times holding the phone up to his ear Swerving in and out of traffic without indicating and not being able to decide if he wanted to do 10km/hr under or over the speed limit. Not very professional and with the lack of care shown behind the wheel I can imagine how little they care about your homes and the work they do

Quite easily the worst experience I've had with a plumber to date. Inefficient and poor workmanship. Took over a week to settle an invoice dispute for over charged labour and damages.

Called to get a quote on a fix for my drainage systems. They did a camera test on 5/7/21 and found root intrusions into my drainage system. Was given a quote for more than $5000. I have called more than 5 times over the last week to request for more information about what the nature of work will be that will cost $5000 and also for them to send me some pictures/video evidence of said root intrusions. The call line is hopeless. All they say is they will get someone else to call me back in 15minutes, which has not happened. The lady on the phone even said theres nothing else i can do, as she can

I got a cook top replaced which I supplied. I was quoted $250-280 because I mentioned it may need the bench top cut out as I wasn't 100% sure. Got the job done, didn't need to cut any bench top at all but still charged the maximum $280, then I had to get them to come back as the workmanship was very poor. The communication to come back out and do the repair work was good though.

A bit shocked to find that it's $180.00 per hour. I Was given a quote over the phone for $600 to swap out a toilet and a install a simple vanity taking out the old. When the plumber turned up I did not confirm with him the cost but throughout the day there was no communication until a $1600 bill given at the end of the day. His explanation was it wasn't a straight swap with a few complications. I understand that it was a full day's work of 8 hours but I was surprised at the high hourly rate of $180.00 per hour plus a few parts. This is just a warning to others to be aware and shop around before
