Always meeting new people, and we get to work in the great outdoors (not so good of course in winter!) Spending time with my partner and our daughters, and my golf of course (not necessarily in that order!)

It's not often you get outstanding service these days - so after the top shelf, professional, friendly and expert help I just received this morning, I felt compelled to write a review. Tom from Plumb Local came out this morning to check out a steady leak from my hot water service, then fix terrible tasting water after a recent dishwasher installation by someone else. His apprentice fixed the hot water service leak and Tom fixed the kitchen pipes, both within 30 minutes. As he was about to leave I mentioned gunk in my ensuite basin pipe and he immediately went in and cleared it. How's that?! The

Amazing service! Attention to detail, great price and cleaned up after fixing the toilet. Sam was on time, communicated the process and provided updates. Paul was spot on with booking time, estimated price to fix the blocked toilet from the boys dropping the clip on toilet cleaner into the toilet and then flushing it. Called right before Christmas and had a booking for someone to come out today between 10 and 12. Paul came bang on 10am, took his shoes off without prompting and listened to the problems. He explained everything (parts, cost etc) before hand and throughout, cleaned up after fixing each part. Couldn't have asked for better service, punctuality and at least for me and the job, I found it reasonably priced. Would recommend and will be using them again based on this experience! Thanks Paul and co!

The Plumb Local team are the best. Finding a quality, reliable plumber is always hard. Once I met Tom and his team, plumber for life! I had a major sewer collapse that affected the 4 units on my block. Plumb Local had the issue resolved within a few days! (Was 2.5m underground!) along with restoring all fencing and concrete paths that needed to be removed for the works. I cannot recommend anyone better.

Tom and the team at Plumblocal were a pleasure. Communication and workmanship were top quality. Tom gave me a call to say he was running 10mins late which I found very courteous.
After the leaking sewer pipe was fixed, Tom and his colleague cleaned up as if there was never a burst in the first place.

Came to our house to fix a problem. Charged us, but told us they didn't know how to fix the entire problem and told us to Google it. I totally understand they still did work and are entitled to their payment. But, not happy with the way they told us to find someone else or do our own research, if I could do that, I wouldn't have spent $300 for a half finished job. Felt scammed by the end of it.
