What a joke... clearly this business picks and chooses what work they want to do. Asked for a quote to check my gas heater and the flat out response was noone was available. Perhaps if I had said that I need new plumbing work on my house, a plumber would be at the doorstep the following day. I certainly won't be approaching this company again.

It’s so great having Watermaster on tap to help both myself and my family.
After my mother was asked to pay $3100.00 in cash for replacing the guttering by another plumber, I passed on Thom’s details, telling my mum that Watermaster would assess the guttering, give an honest appraisal of what was required and then fix it properly for her.
I then called Thom, not expecting him to pick up at 4:30pm on a Friday, but he did, and he got in touch with mum straight away to organise a visit.
I got a text from mum on Monday morning.
“Hi Rich, Watermaster came today and quoted $650.00…a tad better
